This LMR (Low to Medium Density) zoned property was purchased for a Sydney based investor looking to secure a land banking opportunity within close proximity to the Brisbane CBD. Given the client is looking for a long-term hold prior to developing, we needed to undertake some cosmetic renovations and improvements in order to maximize the rental yields during the holding period of this property.
