On this occasion, our buyers agents had the opportunity to negotiate early access to begin works to the property prior to settlement, which means that we can get started prior to paying a dollar of mortgage and without down time.
The process begins with demolition of the current kitchen and bathroom, as well as attending to some preventative maintenance items. The first element of the renovation that was completed was the external repaint, really transforming the external presentation of the house and enhancing the street appeal.
We also began planning for the new kitchen which would be fabricated off site, and ordered all the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures and fittings. With the ability to forward plan these elements of the renovation we where able to dramatically reduce the project time frame.
