Maddyson’s passion for property began early, growing up in a family of keen investors. Her grandparents built, bought, and sold multiple properties, sparking her interest in real estate from a young age. While still in school, she was actively involved in the industry—helping Liz Wilcox with open homes and letterbox drops on weekends, gaining firsthand experience in the world of real estate.

After graduating high school, Maddyson immediately entered the workforce as a real estate receptionist, knowing property would be the foundation of her financial future. While many of her peers were planning overseas adventures, at just 19, she made a strategic decision to purchase her first investment property with her now-husband, Zoran. That well-chosen property became the foundation of what is now a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

Maddyson’s career has been built from the ground up. Beginning in administration and steadily advancing through the industry, she is now the Director and Principal of Hot Property Buyers Agency. She is also the co-author of Hot Property: A Guide for Investors, solidifying her reputation as a trusted expert in the field.

Outside of work, Maddyson enjoys spending time with her family, heading to the beach, camping, and taking the boat out—embracing the lifestyle that property investment has helped her create.
