The Situation

The Strategy

We began the hunt looking for a dwelling that was structurally sound, but perhaps a little run down and dated that we could cosmetically renovate and refurbish to enhance the rental yield and manufacture capital growth.

After pursuing a few different properties, Zoran was able to find an off market opportunity and purchase it at a competitive price. The client then had the cash available to undertake a post settlement renovation that dramatically improved the yield of the property, making this a great low-maintenance, set and forget investment.
