As a time poor local professional, this client was looking to start an investment portfolio. For his first property he wanted to underpin the portfolio with a quality, low maintenance asset that provided good scope for growth and a healthy yield.

I started looking for my first investment property in Nov 2020, I had very little experience, spent every Saturday looking at houses, it was exhausting and frustrating.
