Late 2016 our team came across this 855m2 Low Density Residential (LR) zoned property in the heart of Keperra, just 10km from the Brisbane CBD. After speaking directly with the property owners it was clear that such a large block, with a high set home was getting difficult to handle in their older age, they were looking to down size.

The seller undertook some market research, and after some negotiations over the kitchen table we reached a figure that was fair and reasonable for all parties, the seller avoided having to pay agent fees and prepare the property for open for inspections, and in addition the seller was offered a rent back to allow time to use the settlement funds to purchase their next property.

This provided a Win Win outcome for all parties, the property is currently owner occupied with the plans to some day in the future utilize the development potential of the property.
