This great investment property was recently purchased for a time poor, Brisbane based client, who wanted to take the next step with their portfolio to set themselves up for retirement.  

The client found that the prospect of searching for their own investment property, was going to mean sacrificing time away from their family. They also valued the expert guidance and representation of an independent buyers agent like us. After undertaking an initial strategy meeting our team was straight into the search.

This great property was purchased is Stafford Heights a suburb on Brisbane’s Northside around 9 Km from the CBD, a 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom 2 car home sitting on 564 m2 in an elevated position. The property has a massive amount of storage downstairs as well as a cinema room. This room really added a X factor to the property.

The property was inspected prior to it hitting the open market, and was secured under contract prior to the first open home. During the negotiations, we managed to negotiate in early access allowing our team to undertake some work to get the property tenant ready prior to settlement, such as a full internal repaint and also an upgrade of lighting and window furnishings. Some before and after photos have been supplied here to show you the great transformation from this simple work. One week prior to settling the team at Hot Property Management managed to secure a tenant and arranged the tenant to move in right after the settlement meaning no downtime for our client.
