Relocating to the Gold Coast!

The prospect of relocating to Queensland can be daunting enough. Adding in the complexity of finding your ideal home at the same time is a whole other ball game.

These clients where referred to Zoran and Maddyson by a previous client. After spending months searching online, researching and investigating locations and property styles, they realised the task of purchasing a property interstate was just too risky and time consuming.

Once onboarded, the search was off to a brisk start. After completing the first appointment, paperwork and strategy session, inspections and shortlisting properties were well underway within the week.

The search wasn’t without its challenges. We attended auctions and multiple offer situations that resulted in properties selling over our opinion of value or selling to unconditional buyers.

Using our relationship with the selling agent, we were able to swoop in and secure this Camberwell Cct property just hours after a contract had crashed. This inside line to the property gave our clients the ability to secure the property at a competitive price and under favourable terms.
