This investment property in Brisbane offered our clients an exciting and affordable entry into the market with plenty of renovation upside via cosmetic improvements.
After assisting with the purchase of their home several years ago, this husband and wife duo were looking to build an investment portfolio for their families future.
Given the clients where looking to undertake a new build on their current home, the budget for investment was a conservative $500,000 (which to be honest, doesn’t get much in the Brisbane property market.)
