This renovated property was purchased for a time poor client who works in the mines based in Gladstone. This property is one of several properties we have purchased for him as a part of his investment strategy and retirement planning.

This time round, the strategy was to add a property to his portfolio which would be low maintenance and provide some depreciation benefits aswell as a strong rental return. So after beginning the search the Suburb of Keppera which is around 10km from the Brisbane CBD was shortlisted as being in a location with strong, long term capital growth prospects. 

In addition to securing the property at a good price, our team was also able to negotiate a Buyers appointment of a letting agent clause which provided Hot Property Management the opportunity to market the property for lease prior to settlement in order to reduce vacancy and prevent down time post settlement. And that is exactly what happened a tenant moved in just a few days after settlement.
