You will get a full overview of the recommended scope to minimise ongoing maintenance, enhance rental yield and rent ability, improve value and create equity, and improve potential tax benefits.
4. Design
Our team can assist with selection of fixtures and fittings to ensure you don’t over or under capitalise on your renovation, with as much or as little input from you.
5. Quotation
We can assist you to appoint a builder or contractor and obtain quotes on the work to be completed.
6. Construction Site Visits & Progress Reports
Once work commences, our team will conduct regular site visits to ensure your job is on track. We will keep you updated with the progress of all works with documentation you can access at any time.
7. Onsite Troubleshooting
We also assist with troubleshooting as needed. Not everything can be planned for and this is where our problem solving and troubleshooting skills come into play!
8. Handover Processing
Once all the work is complete, we will conduct a final walk through and handover inspection, collating all documentation for you.
9. Marketing Preparation
