We will organise a meeting with you to discuss the selling process, your goals and objectives, as well as current market conditions for your property.
2. Property Inspection
We will inspect your property and give an independent appraisal. This allows us to provide recommendations regarding accurate market value, insights on risks and where to add value.
3. Agent Vetting & Shortlisting
We will interview and shortlist local agents, providing you with a shortlist of 2 agents along with their market appraisal, marketing proposal and cost of sale.
4. Appointment of Agent
Together we will review the proposals of the 2 shortlisted agents and provide guidance on the best fit and assist with appointing your preferred agent.
5. Pre-Market Property Preparation
If the property needs any maintenance or renovations to prepare for sale, we can assist with this under our consulting service, ensuring the property is presented in its best light.
6. Marketing Strategy & Property Launch
We will review the agent’s suggested marketing strategy to ensure your property is getting the best exposure and value for your marketing dollars.
7. Manage Sales Process
Our team will work alongside the appointed selling agent and yourself to assist with the sales process and make sure everything runs smoothly, from inspections through to settlement.
