Investment Property Buyers Agent Costs
For investors that we’re assisting with an upcoming property purchase, we have an engagement fee of $2,500 (inc GST). This fee is paid on engagement and non-refundable. Once we’ve secured your property, there is a success commission of 2.2% of the original contract price (inc GST). Commission is payable within 3 business days of the unconditional contract date.
