We are proud to announce that Hot Property Buyers Agency has been shortlisted as a finalist in not one but three categories at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence, Queensland’s premier recognition of outstanding real estate professionals and businesses.
The three nominations are:

The REIQ Awards for Excellence celebrate the highest standards of best practice, client service, and performance across Queensland’s real estate industry. We’re thrilled to be recognised across three categories in a single year, competing against some of the state’s most respected agencies and practitioners.
Its also great to see so many fellow REBAA Agents recognised at the awards.
A History at this Stage
Hot Property is no stranger to the REIQ Awards. We have been recognised as finalists in previous years, and our founder Elizabeth Wilcox is a former Buyers’ Agent of the Year winner. We carry that legacy with pride.
Being shortlisted again in 2026, and across multiple categories, is a strong validation that the work we do, day in, day out, for our clients across Brisbane’s northside and beyond is being seen and acknowledged at the industry’s highest level.
What These Nominations Mean
The Buyers’ Agent of the Year category recognises individual excellence in advocacy, results, and client outcomes. The Buyers’ Agency of the Year reflects the performance, systems, and culture of the business as a whole. The Contribution to the Community Award acknowledges the role our agency plays beyond individual transactions, in education, accessibility, and giving back to the broader community.
Three nominations across three distinct categories is not something that happens by accident. It is the result of a team that is genuinely committed to doing this work well.
