We helped this client buy an investment property in 2016, in that time our client stuck to their property strategy and used our renovation consulting service to complete a renovation between tenancies.

The clients wanted a low maintenance set and forget property, and that is what they got.  The property was already tenanted, however we felt that the rent was under market value, at settlement Hot Property Management took over from the previous agency and was able to resign the tenants on a new lease with a $30 increase, bringing it back into line of where the market value was.
