Our Renovation Consulting service provides advice on how to get the most out of your property. We guide you every step of the way no matter how big the job.

We all want the most out of our investment properties but it is also important not to overcapitalise. Our renovation consulting service will provide advice and support on how to reduce your risk but at the same time get a healthy rental return.

Our service includes the following:

  1. Strategy Meeting: this is simply where we review the property’s current market value and rental return. We then determine what work is needed to increase your rental yield.
  2. Planning/Design: this where we set the plan in motion and meet with and appoint Builders, Draftsman, Town Planners and Handymen.
  3. Construction Visit: your consultant from Hot Property will conduct regular site visits to ensure the job is on track. They will also update you on progress and assist with any troubleshooting issues that may arise
  4. Handover: once all the work is completed we will conduct a final walk through and handover inspection. You will receive a portfolio of construction photos and any invoices accrued during the process.
  5. Advertising: if you wish we are then able to hand over to our Property Management team to take photos and advertise the property for rent.
