Our service includes the following:
- Strategy Meeting: This is simply where we review the property’s current market value and rental return. We then determine what work is needed to increase your rental yield.
- Planning/Design: We set the plan in motion and meet with and appoint builders, draftsmen, town planners and handymen.
- Construction Visit: Your consultant from Hot Property will conduct regular site visits to ensure your job is on track. They will also update you on progress and assist with troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Handover: Once all the work is complete we will conduct a final walk through and handover inspection. You will receive a portfolio of construction photos and any invoices accrued during the process.
- Advertising: If you wish, we can then hand over to our Property Management team to take photos and advertise the property for rent.
